Leveraging our partnership with Google Health and our early access to MedPalM 2, we have a moment in time to build a next-generation conversational AI product.

The challenge of LLM-only
What we’re building now
Today: Structured agent
Aide today is built as an ‘intent-based’ conversational AI agent. Aide has a bank of ~100 possible conversations it could have with a patient depending on their medicines, health plan, and the time of year, month, week and day.
Our technology determines which conversations to trigger, for which patient and at what time while having the capacity to reschedule them as needed by the patient and not interrupt existing patient-initiated conversations.
It can perform this task at scale.
✅ Benefits
- Scheduled conversations (triggered by Aide) to guide and support the patient through their pathway as determined by the healthcare system/insurer/pharmaceutical company
- Safe and clinically written content
- Incapable of producing unknown events
❌ Limitations
- Does not handle ambiguous questions effectively; Aide falls short of the new expectations of conversational AI capability
